Labs first proteomics work published
Big congratulations to Dwight Causey, who has published his first paper in the Journal of Proteomics.
The paper is titled "Proteomic comparison of selective breeding and growth hormone transgenesis in fish: Unique pathways to enhanced growth"
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1874391918303257#f0025
The study is part of a collaboration between the Macqueen lab and Bob Devlin's group. Worth a read if you are interested in the mechanisms supporting enhanced growth in farmed animals.
